Euro Extrusions Limited has become a major force in the thermoplastic sheet industry. We specialise in manufacturing a comprehensive range of extruded thermoplastic sheet and film for thermoforming, vacuum forming, fabrication and printing. Our most popular product is High Impact Polystyrene better known as HIPs, which we can manufacture in both sheet and roll form, in virgin and recycled material and in colours matched to our specific customer requirements. We also manufacture Polypropylene in much the same variations. We provide finishes in matt, gloss and pinseal. Maximum plastic sheet thickness Euro Extrusions can produce is 5.5mm on smooth and 3.5mm on patterned. Minimum thickness for sheet plastic is 0.5mm and 0.2mm for rolls. Maximum plastic sheet width is 1220mm.
Our standard lead time is approximately ten working days, however we are very flexible in this area.
